Environmental issue at construction site were challenging if no proper planning and coordination were prepared at the early stage of construction. some of the issues and chanlanges are :
1. Communication between site personnel and environment personnel always have difficulties in dilivering the environmental issues and to solve the problem.
2. Willingness of the workers / general workers to obey the direction from the environment officer always drive the issues from bad to worse when it takes to long to solve the issue arise.
3. restricted budget for environmental concern always seen as a barrier/ obstacles in dealing with enviromnment issue at site.
4. No support or less support from the top of management also contribute to the poopr management at site.
5. Allocation of budget for full time environment officer always being neglected.
